Installation guide
Follow these steps to install the plugin on your system
Step 1: Download the installer
Download the SpectraCube_Installer.exe from the Download page on our website.
Step 2: Run the installer
Double‑click the downloaded file and follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 3: Allow administrator permissions if prompted
During installation, Windows may ask for administrator permission or show a security warning about an “untrusted” app. This is completely normal – the installer needs these rights to copy files to the correct system folders. It’s safe to proceed; we’re working on getting the plugin digitally signed to avoid these notices in the future.
Step 4: Restart DaVinci Resolve
After installation is complete, restart DaVinci Resolve. The plugin will appear in the Effects Library under OpenFX > SpectraCube.

Does it work on both Windows and macOS?
Yes, SpectraCube is compatible with both Windows and macOS. Native builds are provided for each platform, optimized for performance.
Which versions of DaVinci Resolve do you support?
SpectraCube requires DaVinci Resolve 17.0 or later. Using the latest version is recommended.
Can I install the plugin on more than one computer?
You can install and activate the Plugin on up to two (2) machines per license key
Do you provide technical support?
